Make a plan and go after it instead of letting the bricks fall where they may because “it’ll work out in the end” 

Be intentional! 

Be intentional When you wake up (schedule) 

Be intentional  when you go to sleep. (Discipline)

 Be intentional Mid day (Boredom habits . Yup you know what I’m talking bout cause almost EVERYBODY has a habit/vice 

Be intentional mid conversation. (When it’s going a direction you don’t want it to go)

You ever have those  moments where you have like an epiphany about yourself . 

Like that moment you realize what it is that YOU are doing that’s in YOUR own way, from reaching YOUR  own goals?

I’m proud if you for realizing you have a issue.

I’m even more proud that you have made the conscious decision to do something about it . 

But i also want you to be in touch w reality and how the brain works . 

Going from point A to point Z  is not the route to go. Build that momentum. Go through it not to it.

You are conditioned in being the way you are right now. Probably took a years of habit forming activities. 


So what makes you think you can switch your brain over night? Like this isn’t years of habits you’re  trying to break?.


BUILD MOMENTUM  



Stop trying to eat healthy , when you haven’t eaten healthy since grade school, and even that’s questionable 🤨 . start by eating healthier than you’ve been eating. Eat a little less of bad and a little more good. 


Stop trying to save a thousand dollars in one month when you have NO MONEY MANAGEMENT skills. Save $25-$50 each week for a month. And when you reach that goal , enjoy that victory ! No not spend it .! 

 Do it again next month, and the month after that double it . Build the momentum. Rewarding yourself for the positive things is what helps someone stay on the right track . 


Stop tryna start working out everyday at the the beginning of the week/month/year when you have not so much as jogged or did a push up in over 2 years. ! Start by working out two days out the week. Baby step boo! 


SN. Depression episodes hit hard . Your house is a mess from top to bottom. Most of the time you see it and instantly get defeated, but today you decide to tackle it .. only to pace back and forward about where to start doing a little in each room but ultimately not getting  shit done , feeling defeated and helpless. Getcho ass up. Clean one thing. Whole kitchen, or just the dishwasher. Next day Maybe one load of laundry. Or the bathroom only . Next day organize your dresser . 

Intentionally start something, no matter how big or small the task is, and finish it. The dopamine that come from you keeping your promises to the self. The feeling of accomplishment is like no other when it comes from you.



Break it down. Take baby steps, build those brain muscles. , that’s how habits grow and stick. NOT OVERNIGHT .! Which is why your biggest battle is in your mind. Change you mind, change you circumstances.
